COVID TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Boutique Nour Al Houda Australia®️. Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below in the duration of the COVID time frame. These terms and conditions apply to and from part of all online purchases from Boutique Nour Al Houda Australia®️ for the purchase of goods, so please take care when placing your order.

1. EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY 

  1.1 Please email support@nouralhouda.com.au for any enquiries regarding product delivery of faulty or damaged goods via the Contact Us page.

  1.2 Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise as change of mind returns will not be provided on:  

– any headwear
– sale items  
– undergarments  
– hygiene products (Shatafa, Hijamah cups)  
– Nail Polish

  1.3 Return of faulty or damaged goods for the purpose of gaining a credit/refund is subject to evaluation depending on the condition of the goods. In order to credit you for your faulty items, we expect the purchased items to be returned in brand new condition. This includes the return of the original packaging and labels and tags still being attached to the items. Once the product has been returned and accepted, we will assess the items to ensure you are eligible for a refund, in store or online credit. When we issue the credit or refund, we will send you a further confirmation email. Due to stock availability, we may not be able to offer a direct exchange of goods; but could offer another product of the same value, for example a different color or size. At times there may be delays in crediting your credit card which are caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 7 days.  

  1.4 If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in their original condition, in the original packaging and proof of purchase is provided no later than 30 days from the original purchase date. All shipping costs will be additional charges at the customer’s expense. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please note products are subject to availability. 
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or wrong size selection. A store credit may also be issued in preference to a product exchange.  

  1.5 Items do not come with warranty.  

  1.6 Product colour variances may be seen through digital communications including but not limited to lighting. Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Boutique Nour Al Houda Australia®️ will make every effort to deliver images as closely matched to products although raw materials may vary from product to product. 

 
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

  2.1 Boutique Nour Al Houda Australia®️ provides shipping for all orders using Australia Post, DHL & Own BNAH Services.

  2.2 We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of orders once we have received authorization of payment.  

  2.3 Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery of orders.  

  2.4 Please note that once products have been dispatched to your nominated address they will become the customer’s liability.  

  2.5 If orders are returned to nouralhouda.com.au by shipping companies due to incorrect delivery address or failure to pick up items from Post Office address; additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer to resend items. 

  2.6 We are now offering same day shipping on all Sydney Metropolitan Areas before 3pm.

2.7 If an order is placed after 3pm and same day shipping service is selected you will receive your parcel the next day.

2.8 Same day shipping orders do not have come with a tracking number.

2.9 Same day shipping orders will be delivered between 3pm - 11.50pm that day.
