We do not offer refunds on any products unless they are proven faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please reach out to our team and lodge an enquiry at support@bnah.com.au.

For exchanges, we provide a 14-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. Please note that some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
