Delivery Estimates

Delivery ETAs are estimates calculated from the time your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch
all online orders within 1 business day. However, please allow additional time during promotional
periods and festive seasons, due to increased order volumes.

Carrier

BNAH partner with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. International deliveries are made
by Australia post and will be delivered by the local postal service once in the destination country. We
also use DHL express in some instances.

Duties & Taxes for International orders

Please note that any customs and duties taxes that may be incurred are not the responsibility of
BNAH. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties applicable to your order. For more
information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Stolen Parcels

BNAH are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to
the nominated address. It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping
address

Damaged Parcels

BNAH are not liable for damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated
address.   

Incorrect address

If there is an error with your delivery address, please contact support@nouralhouda.com.au as soon
as possible, and we will do our best to amend it. Please note that due to the fast processing times at
our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is placed.

Return To Sender Parcels

If your parcel is being returned to BNAH, please reach out to support@nouralhouda.com.au to
arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees may apply.
